Outfitting a crew
Start with the class your safety plan names — that part is non-negotiable. Then decide mesh vs solid by your hottest month, not your mildest, and pick pockets by what your hands actually carry all shift. Size for the layers that go underneath in winter, and replace vests when the fluorescent color goes flat: faded hi-vis can fall out of ANSI compliance before it looks worn out.
